Inder Singh Executive Chairman
Mr. Singh is a visionary leader and a strategic thinker with 30 years of extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the financial industry and entrepreneurship. He was Executive Vice President and Global CIO of Visa International with responsibilities to create the next generation payments processing technology. Mr. Singh is currently the President and CEO of NexTrends Solutions Inc. and advises prominent venture capital and private equity firms on investment opportunities. He has also served in senior executive management positions at Bank of America, Seafirst Bank, Card Capture Services and cofounded EXL Services and Quintant. Mr. Singh holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington and a BSEE from Punjab University.

Jon Croy Director
Mr. Croy has held a variety of senior management roles in high-technology and wireless companies, with responsibilities including executive management of sales, marketing, finance, engineering, information technology and operations. Mr. Croy’s career portfolio includes experience with Andersen Consulting, Telecom Italia Mobile, Time Warner Cable, McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless, and TeleCommunication Systems. Mr Croy is a graduate of the University of Dayton.

Luke Helms Director
Mr. Helms has been a Director of Manulife Financial Corporation since 2007 and the Managing Director of Sonata Capital Group, a privately owned registered investment advisory firm, since June 2000. Mr. Helms has extensive banking and financial services experience, holding various positions at Bank of America Corporation, including Vice Chairman from 1993-1998 and Vice Chairman of KeyBank from 1998-2000. He serves on the Boards of ABM Industries, Seattle Art Museum, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and the University of Arizona School of Business. Mr. Helms has an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a BA from the University of Arizona.

Herb Maden Director
Mr. Maden has over 22 years of technology and business leadership experience as both a serial entrepreneur and an operating executive and is currently a venture investor in privately-held technology companies. Formerly, Mr. Maden was CEO and Founder of RouteScience Technologies (acquired by Avaya), VP/GM of Service Provider Network and Application Software Business at Cisco Systems, and CEO and Founder of NETSYS Technnologies (acquired by CSCO). Previous and current investments include: DATAllegro (acquired by MSFT), Postpath (acquired by CSCO), Ocarina Networks (acquired DELL), Aster Data (acquired by Teradata), Palo Alto Networks, TRUSTe, Skout, and Point Inside.

Josh Marti Director
Mr. Marti has a proven record of designing, developing and bringing to market cutting-edge technology products. While at Qualcomm Mr. Marti helped design Qualcomm’s LBS infrastructure products, and was responsible for implementations at Verizon, Sprint, China Unicom and many other wireless carriers around the world. He was also instrumental in creating and launching commercial wireless applications for such notable brands as Major League Baseball and the Universal Music Group. Mr. Marti has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University.
