Mr. Marti has a proven record of designing, developing and bringing to market cutting-edge technology products. Considered an expert in wireless location-based services, Mr. Marti was responsible for several of Qualcomm’s largest gpsOne deployments and a number of global brand and operator deployments prior to co-founding Point Inside in 2009. Voted a Seattle 40 under 40 honoree in 2012, he holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Seattle University and sits on their EE & CE Advisory Board.
Jon Croy - VP Operations/Founder
Mr. Croy has held a variety of senior management roles in high-technology and wireless companies, with responsibilities including executive management of sales, marketing, finance, engineering, information technology and operations. Mr. Croy’s career portfolio includes experience with Andersen Consulting, Telecom Italia Mobile, Time Warner Cable, McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless, and TeleCommunication Systems. Mr. Croy is a graduate of the University of Dayton.
Brandon Ferguson - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ferguson comes to Point Inside from PicMonkey where he was the CFO/Director of Operations. He has been involved in the Seattle Start-Up community in a variety of roles, and provided advisory roles for technology companies in stages ranging from that initial "light bulb" moment in a founders head through mergers & acquisitions. He is the Treasurer of local non-profit WeCount and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Washington State Society of Public Accounts and the Washington State Board of Accountancy. He has Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.
Pete Coleman - EVP Business Development
Since 1996, Pete Coleman has held various executive management positions in the Information Technology Industry. In his current position, Coleman is responsible for Point Inside's Store Mode™ solution, which is revolutionizing the way retailers digitally engage with their shoppers at every point along the purchase path. Prior to Point Inside, Mr. Coleman launched and grew Kaseya Corporation’s enterprise sales business. His portfolio also includes IBM, Talisma Corporation (acquired by Moxie Software) and Captura Software (acquired by Concur). Mr. Coleman is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
Keane Watterson - VP Engineering
Mr. Watterson is a 15-year veteran of software development and technical operations leadership. He also has experience in development and product management for large software and embedded systems projects. He significantly contributed to the success of large projects in telemetry, customer care, billing, and e-commerce systems at Amazon, Precor, TeleCommunication Systems, Western Wireless, and AT&T Wireless. Mr. Watterson is a graduate of the University of Washington.
Geary Eppley - CTO
Mr. Eppley has spent more than 20 years managing the design and development of software products. He joined Point Inside from PayScale, Inc., where he was the 5th employee and helped build their SaaS compensation platform as VP of Business Products. Prior to that he spent time in Microsoft’s Developer Division working on web service standards and their .Net implementation. He survived the first dot-com boom designing and launching products at drugstore.com and at DirectSource Global Pruchasing. Mr. Eppley has a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Whitman College.
Michael Moricz - VP Engineering
Dr. Moricz has spent over 20 years in software development focusing on scalability, algorithms, and performance. His particular expertise is in internet search, large scale recommender systems, predictive analytics, and online commerce systems. He recently architected and managed the MySpace Recommender system. At Microsoft and AltaVista he architected an e-commerce platform, managed the Inktomi/Yahoo Search monetization projects, and improved search result relevance. Dr. Moricz graduated from Syracuse University, New York.
Michael Bromme - EVP Sales
Prior to becoming Executive Vice President at Trace One, Michael Bromme worked with SaaS-based companies such as DemandTec (IBM) and HarvestMark. Mr. Bromme has extensive experience in retail, grocery, and consumer packaged goods as well as expertise in private label traceability. His previous work includes leveraging customer confidence, shopper insights, price optimization and promotional strategies to help producers and retailers improve profitability. As EVP at Trace One, Mr. Bromme uses his background with fast-growing companies to further expand the company’s global customer development and aggressively drive sales and marketing initiatives.

Mr. Helms has been a Director of Manulife Financial Corporation since 2007 and the Managing Director of Sonata Capital Group, a privately owned registered investment advisory firm, since June 2000. Mr. Helms has extensive banking and financial services experience, holding various positions at Bank of America Corporation, including Vice Chairman from 1993-1998 and Vice Chairman of KeyBank from 1998-2000. He serves on the Boards of ABM Industries, Seattle Art Museum, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and the University of Arizona School of Business. Mr. Helms has an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a BA from the University of Arizona.
Mr. Madan has over 22 years of technology and business leadership experience as both a serial entrepreneur and an operating executive and is currently a venture investor in privately-held technology companies. Formerly, Mr. Madan was CEO and Founder of RouteScience Technologies (acquired by Avaya), VP/GM of Service Provider Network and Application Software Business at Cisco Systems, and CEO and Founder of NETSYS Technologies (acquired by CSCO). Previous and current investments include: DATAllegro (acquired by MSFT), Postpath (acquired by CSCO), Ocarina Networks (acquired DELL), Aster Data (acquired by Teradata), Palo Alto Networks, TRUSTe, Skout, and Point Inside.
Mr. Singh is a visionary leader and a strategic thinker with 30 years of extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the financial industry and entrepreneurship. He was Executive Vice President and Global CIO of Visa International with responsibilities to create the next generation payments processing technology. Mr. Singh is currently the President and CEO of NexTrends Solutions Inc. and advises prominent venture capital and private equity firms on investment opportunities. He has also served in senior executive management positions at Bank of America, Seafirst Bank, Card Capture Services and cofounded EXL Services and Quintant. Mr. Singh holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington and a BSEE from Punjab University.
