Q. What locations are mapped? How come the (mall, airport, hotel, etc.) near me isn’t mapped yet? When will it be?
A. A list of venues already mapped can be found in the Locations section. If you’d like to make a recommendation for a venue you think should be mapped sooner rather than later, contact us–we’ll make sure your suggestion gets on our list and prioritized in the queue. Eventually, we hope to get to everyone’s favorite venue. Our mission is, after all, to map the indoor world.
Q. On what phones is the application available?
A. The Apple iPhone and iTouch (v3.0 and later) , and Android phones (v1.6 and later) like the Google Nexus One, the Motorola Droid, the T-Mobile myTouch 3G, and the T-Mobile G1. It will also work on the Sprint HTC Hero and Motorola CLIQ when those phones receive updates from the carriers in the next few months.
Q. How much does the application cost?
A. It’s free.

A. It varies based on the type and size of venue and other factors. Please contact us. We’ll get back to you to discuss your specific location(s) and give you a cost estimate.
Q. What types of venues can you map? Can you do outdoor spaces?
A. We can map pretty much any defined area, but right now we’re primarily focused on indoor spaces, particularly malls.
