Josh Marti – Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Mr. Marti is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Point Inside. Founded in 2009, Point Inside began mapping large public venues, such as airport and malls. Over the years, Point Inside broadened its focus to the retail industry and was the first company to do indoor mapping and location-based services at the most sophisticated level. With the vision and leadership of Mr. Marti, Point Inside has changed the way people shop; enabling a self-service experience for the digital shopper and increased efficiency and productivity for store operations and associates.

The husband and father of four daughters is a Board Member of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, five year TechNet veteran, Chairperson of Seattle University’s Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Board and graced the Seattle 40 Under 40 list in 2012.

Jon Croy – Chief Marketing Officer & Founder

Mr. Croy has held a diverse set of executive roles in high-technology and mobile companies, with responsibilities including sales, marketing, product management, finance, engineering and operations. Mr. Croy’s career portfolio includes experience with Andersen Consulting, Telecom Italia Mobile, Time Warner Cable, McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless, Synchronoss and TeleCommunication Systems. Mr. Croy is a graduate of the University of Dayton.

Patrick Giusti – Chief Revenue Officer

Mr. Giusti comes to Point Inside with 20 years of experience as a sales leader specializing in collaboration with leading companies and providing business solutions that positively impacted revenue, marketshare and profitability. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales for the Oracle Marketing Cloud where he helped companies across multiple industries optimize digital marketing channels, resulting in increased revenue, brand awareness and the utilization of data to optimize customer experience. Mr. Giusti is a community advocate having worked with the Northwest MS Society and currently sits on the Board of Directors of FEAT of Washington. He is a graduate of University of San Francisco and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Brandon Ferguson – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ferguson comes to Point Inside from PicMonkey where he was the CFO/Director of Operations. He has been involved in the Seattle Start-Up community in a variety of roles, and has been in advisory roles for technology companies in stages ranging from that initial “light bulb” moment in a founders head through mergers & acquisitions. He is the Treasurer of local non-profit WeCount and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Washington State Society of Public Accounts and the Washington State Board of Accountancy. He has Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.

Geary Eppley – Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Eppley has spent more than 20 years managing the design and development of software products. He joined Point Inside from PayScale, Inc., where he was the 5th employee and helped build their SaaS compensation platform as VP of Business Products. Prior to that he spent time in Microsoft’s Developer Division working on web service standards and their .Net implementation. He survived the first dot-com boom designing and launching products at drugstore.com and at DirectSource Global Purchasing. Mr. Eppley has a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Whitman College.

Keane Watterson – Senior Vice President, Retail Partner Success

Mr. Watterson is a 15-year veteran of software development and technical operations leadership. He also has experience in development and product management for large software and embedded systems projects. He significantly contributed to the success of large projects in telemetry, customer care, billing, and e-commerce systems at Amazon, Precor, TeleCommunication Systems, Western Wireless, and AT&T Wireless. Mr. Watterson is a graduate of the University of Washington.

Michael Moricz – Vice President, Engineering

Dr. Moricz has spent over 20 years in software development focusing on scalability, algorithms, and performance. His particular expertise is in internet search, large scale recommender systems, predictive analytics, and online commerce systems. He recently architected and managed the MySpace Recommender system. At Microsoft and AltaVista he architected an e-commerce platform, managed the Inktomi/Yahoo Search monetization projects, and improved search result relevance. He also successfully licensed his patents to Google, Yahoo and Microsoft. Dr. Moricz graduated from Syracuse University, New York.
